The Administration is organising their first forum for the public to question the Ministers about ongoing Government initiatives this evening.

The forum, jointly organised by the President's Office and state media PSM, will be held at 2030hrs at Sultan Park. The forum, called 'Ahaa' is scheduled to be held every two months.

President Dr. Muizzu previously announced that the Ministers will hold public forums every two months to inform and update the public on the Government's initiatives and answer direct questions from the public. He also stated he would meet with the community in the same form and hold a forum to address the community’s concerns every three months.

In a video shared on the President's Office's X account, the Administration announced the Ministers who will attend tonight's forum:

  • Minister of Islamic Affairs: Dr. Mohammad Shaheem Ali Sayed
  • Minister of Social and Family Development: Dr. Aishath Shiham
  • Minister of Sports, Fitness and Recreation: Abdullah Rafiu
  • Minister of Construction and Infrastructure: Dr. Abdulla Muttalib
  • Minister of Economic Development and Trade: Mohammad Saeed

The public can send questions to the Ministers ahead of the forum by texting AH (space) their questions to 300.
