The Civil Court today ordered the Health Ministry to pay more than MVR 100,000 to ADK Hospital.
The case is filed in the Civil Court on behalf of ADK Hospitals Pvt Ltd against the Ministry of Health for failing to pay for services provided by the hospital.
The Health Ministry has agreed to pay MVR 325,000 to ADK for services received. However, some of the invoices have been paid and a total of MVR 130,000 remains unpaid.
ADK has asked the court to order the Ministry to pay the total amount of MVR 130,000 within 30 days.
Therefore, the Civil Court today ruled that the Health Ministry should pay a total of MVR 130,000 to ADK within 30 days from today.
