Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has commenced work on groyne installation for the R. Innamaadhoo Shore Protection Project.

Scope of work for the project includes construction of 360m groynes.

MTCC was contracted with the project by Planning Ministry on 31 October 2022, to be completed within 220 days.

The project is valued at MVR 14.77 million.
