The Election Commission (EC) has opened the opportunity to submit complaints to the provisional list of 284,327 eligible voters in the March 17 parliamentary elections.

The EC has gazetted the registry of eligible voters and the list will be available on the EC website. The list will be publicly available at the island council offices and city councils of every island except Male City.

You can also check your registration by sending an SMS to 1414 after typing VR ID Number.

The opportunity to submit complaints to the registry is open from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm on non-official holidays from today until the 21st of this month. and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., on public holidays. and on Friday from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Complaints will be accepted from all residential areas except the city council offices and city councils. In the city, complaints will be accepted at the Election Center.
