Ahmed Shafeeq has been appointed Managing Director (MD) at Maldives Post Limited.

Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) handed the letter of appointment to Shafeeq on Tuesday following the removal of the former MD Adam Mohamed.

Shafeeq has previously filled the role of MD at Maldives Post Limited. He was removed from the post to appoint Adam Mohamed as MD.

Apart from Shafeeq, the Board Members at Post Office include Chairperson Mohamed Abdulla and two Non-Executive Members Mohamed Nashid and Mahmood Rameez.
