The Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) has made changes to the board of Housing Development Corporation (HDC) or Urbanco.

PCB said that the new members have been appointed to the Board of HDC after the removal of the former members.

Those appointed to the Board of HDC include:

  • Arif Abdul Samad
  • Mohammed Visham
  • Ula Mohamedd Rashid
  • Ibrahim Yusuf

According to the PCB, changes were made to the Board of HDC on December 5 under the "Privatisation, and Corporatisation Act".
