Ahmed Shamah Rasheed has been appointed CEO of Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company Limited (MIFCO) and Ahmed Shifan as Chairman.

In a post last night, MIFCO's X account said "we look forward to taking MIFCO to a new level under their leadership." MIFCO thanked them on behalf of the employees.

According to the STO website, Ahmed Shifan, who has been appointed chairman of MIFCO, is also the senior general manager of people's choice and food security at the company.
