According to Maldives Police Service, a 33-year-old man has been arrested in relation to a theft involving mobile phones from a vendor in Male’.

Upon being presented to the court for remand hearing, a 15-day period has been issued by the court as a remand duration.

Out of the 41 phones he had stolen, 20 has been recovered so far.
