The government has revealed that President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu is yet to move to Muleeaage, after having taken office yesterday.

The President's Office noted that the move is delayed due to renovations that are ongoing at the presidential residence.

Minister at the President's Office for Strategic Communications Ibrahim Khaleel told One Online that the first couple is currently living in Dhimyaath because of the renovation at Muleeaage.

The first couple will move to the presidential residence once the repairs are completed, he said.

He said that although the President lives in his own residence, the President's official meetings will be held at Muleeaage.
