A Road Development Corporation (RDC) manager was arrested last night for allegedly possessing drugs.

Police said a 32-year-old Maldivian man was arrested after a court-ordered raid on a house in Male' city last night.

During a search of the house, police found cellophane rolls containing what was believed to be drugs.

The accused was produced before a local court on Wednesday and was granted conditional bail.

'One' has learnt that the man arrested is an RDC manager.
