The Ministry of Islamic Affairs has requested the government to use the southern side of the Islamic Centre on Friday, November 17.

According to a notification issued by the Ministry on Monday, those who go to offer prayers at Islamic Centre for Asr and Maghrib prayers on Friday, November 17, will have to use the southern side of the mosque.

According to the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, the swearing-in ceremony of President-elect Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and his vice-president Al-Ustaz Hussain Mohamed Latheef for the next five years will be held at 4:45 p.m. on Friday, November 17.

President-elect Dr. Muizzu's swearing-in ceremony will be held at Jumhooree Maidhan, north of the Islamic Center.
