All unsold units of Vinares Flats sold out within thirty minutes of being opened for sale early Sunday morning.

The units were opened for sale at 10:00am Sunday morning by Urbanco.

Media Official of Urbanco, Ali Mashaar revealed to One Online that 281 units were opened for sale, all of which sold out within 30 minutes.

Urbanco today opened the remaining unsold flats in the project until September 15 last year after the applicants completed the required procedures and selected their flats and after considering the number of applications withdrawn.

Applications of those who did not meet the financial capacity and those who did not appear for the selection were canceled and the remaining unsold units were also opened for sale today.

The housing units being developed by Urbanco consists of 10 towers with three-bedroom and three-bathroom apartment units. A total of `1344 apartments of 902sqft and 883sqft are being developed.
