Transport Authority has revealed the transportation hours for goods during the month of Ramadan and seven days of Shawwal.

A statement released by the authority noted that goods transportation hours for starting 1st of Ramadan till 7th of Shawwal was; from 9:00am to 3:00pm and 9:00pm to 6:00am. For water and cooking gas transportation, a vehicle specialized for transport of good below 350kg has to be used, during 9:00am till 3:00pm.

All types of goods can be transported during the night starting at 9:00pm till 6:00am. For bridge transport, 9:00am till 3:00pm is allowed and for 1:00am till 6:00am is allowed.

The authority clearly noted that it was illegal to transport goods during 4:00pm till 9:00pm on any give day during said period.
