Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has said N. Manadhoo Harbour Channel Dredging and Breakwater Construction Project is well underway, with overall 55 percent project progress.

MTCC said they have completed channel breakwater operations and construction of ramp.

Scope of work for the project include dredging and excavation operations of 29,038cbm, construction of a 195m breakwater, a 188m revetment, a concrete bridge, a ramp, and installation of navigational aids.

The project is valued at MVR 30.3 million.
