Addu City Council has announced that they are seeking developers to build a cruise terminal and yacht marina in Feydhoo.

Addu City Council announced yesterday that expression of interest for the work is open until July 25.

According to Addu City Council, companies from within the country and abroad can also apply for the construction of the cruise terminal and yacht marina. The applicant must have ten years of experience as a company and must submit financial statements for the last three years, the council said.

The council further noted that a 100-room hotel should also be constructed in the area, adding that the hotel should provide services to people coming to the cruise terminal and yacht marina.

According to the council, the cruise terminal and the yacht marina will be built in the area between Feydhoo and Gan near Feydhoo's former football field.
