The first group of pilgrims from Maldives returned on Friday after completing Hajj pilgrimage.

The 90 pilgrims who traveled with Almanasik Pvt Ltd. arrived in Maldives this morning.

A second group of pilgrims will also return today. The second group of pilgrims traveled with Hajj Corporation Limited.

Next group of Maldivian pilgrims are scheduled to return on 10 and 14 July.

Four pilgrims from Maldives have died while performing this year’s Hajj.

Maldives had received 1,000 quotas for Hajj this year.
