President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has concluded an unofficial visit to Singapore and returned back to Malé.

The President departed on an unofficial visit to Singapore last Thursday.

The Spokesperson at the President's Office, Miuvan Mohamed revealed that this trip was related to medical treatment.

While the President is visiting Singapore today, he had taken a similar unofficial trip to Singapore last October.

The President had taken several trips to Singapore in 2022, with the first being on February 10th for medical reasons. The President concluded that visit and returned back to the Maldives on February 15th. He had once again traveled back to Singapore on February 23rd after having received medical advise for his thyroid treatment.

The President returned back to the Maldives 15 days later, following a thyroid operation.
