A motorbike and bus collision in Hulhumale' has left a man injured.

Police said the accident occurred in Hulhumale' Phase II at Gul'hazaarumaa Hingun and Dhunburigas Magu junction around 0851hrs on Thursday morning.

Police added that a 19-year-old man sustained injuries and is being treated at Hulhumale' Hospital. However, police did not specify the extent of his injuries.

Photos circulating on social media show he sustained injuries to his hand.
