Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has mobilized the Sh. Funadhoo Shore Protection project site on 12 June 2023.

MTCC said scope of work for the project include land reclamation operations of 12,145 cbm, beach replenishment of 7,878 cbm, construction of 670m revetment and 60m groynes.

The project is valued at MVR 18.56 million.
