Seychelles' President Wavel Ramkalawan is scheduled to visit Maldives.

Government of Maldives has not publicised details regarding this visit. But 'One' has come to know that Ramkalawan is scheduled to visit sometime next week. However, the reason for the visit is not clear yet.

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih made his first official visit to Seychelles after he took oath of office.

Police have informed the vessels to clear out from the Number 1 Jetty ahead of Ramkalawan's arrival. Ina Tweet on Friday, Police said that the jetties 1-3 will be closed at certain times and to asked vessels to clear out the area by 1200hrs on Sunday.

Additionally, police urged all the vessels to follow Marine Police and Coast Guard protocols when using the jetty area.
