Maldives Police Service has begun the search for a missing woman and her daughter in Hulhumalé.

Police revealed that they are searching for Ha. Ihavandhoo, Nasreenuge, Aishath Ihusaana (32), and her daughter (2).

Police received reports of the missing persons on Monday.

They revealed that Ihusana was last seen near her resident, Hiya 15-4-06, as per her family.

Police appealed anyone with the information on the whereabouts of her to call 3322111 or 9393351.
