Collision between a pick-up and a motorbike has left one dead.

Police stated that the accident at Hulhumale to Male' highway was reported around 0004hrs.

The 43-year-old Maldivian driving the motorbike was declared dead on arrival to Treetop Hospital, police said.

The accident is being further investigated currently.
