Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) has announced internship opportunities.
MPL said on Thursday that the Learning and Development Department (LDD) is organising an internship programme from 25 July till 30 August. The internship programme is aimed at secondary and higher secondary students to provide a working environment experience.
Students can sign up for the internship programme until end of May, MPL said.
MPL said the programme will provide students information about the opportunities at MPL and familiarise themselves with maritime field of work.
The internship includes the following fields:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Marine Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Information Technology
- Business Development
- Marketing
MPL said the students will be provided mentors throughout the programme who will work together with the students to familiarise them with the different fields of work at MPL.
