Criminal Court has scheduled a hearing tomorrow in the murder case of IGMH nurse Mary Grace.
Her husband Marvin and his Maldivian lover Lamha remain accused of the murder.
The hearing has been scheduled for 9:30 am tomorrow.
The last hearing in the case was held on February 20th. During that hearing, the court had taken witness testimonies from three individuals; two investigating officers and a friend of Lamha.
The three who testified are Mohamed Mubeen, Lamha's friend, Mariyam Lauza, an Organized Crime Department Officer, and Adam Mohamed who is a Video Image Analyst.
In his testimony, Mubeen stated that Lamha was very satisfied the day Mary died. He added that there were no signs of remorse or sorrow on her face. He also highlighted that Lamha had called him on numerous occasions to ask about the murder investigation as well.
Marvin is charged with murder with intent while Lamha was slapped with three charges. They are being an accomplice to murder with intent, taking unauthorized control over someone else's belonging, and not obtaining authorization when required.
Judge Hussain Faiz Rashad is presiding over the case in the Criminal Court.
