A expatriate has been reprimanded for driving a motorbike with 4 people on Majeedhee Magu.

Police said they had stopped a motorbike that was carrying more than 2 people on Friday and have taken action against the expatriate as per traffic regulations.

A video of the expat riding with 3 others on the bike has surfaced on social media. The video shows two adults and two children on the motorbike.

Police have acted on one such incident previously as well, with a motorbike being ridden by an expatriate with more than 2 people.
