Hiya flat owners who merged two apartments have been given a 14-day period to vacate the premises.
The agreement with the owners have been terminated as both owners failed to pay the MVR 100,000 fine each within the 10 day period and restore the place to its original structure.
Urbanco's media official Ali Mashar told 'One' on Thursday that the owners have failed to act accordingly.
"As such, we have terminated the agreement with the owners and given a 14-day notice to vacate the premises and a 30-day period to pay the fines," Mashar said.
Photos of the merged apartment have gone viral on social media.
