Urbanco has announced two commercial lots for lease at the container park in Hulhumale' Phase I.

Urbanco said on Thursday that the two lots will be leased to develop a cafe' and a fast food outlet. As such, the fast food outlet will be developed in the 1,188 sqft container, while the cafe' will be developed in the 1,165 sqft container, Urbanco said.

The lots will be leased for a five-year period. As such, the first year lease will be MVR 15 per sqft and MVR 25 per sqft for the remaining four years.

Interested parties have to put a bid security of MVR 5,000, Urbanco said. Proposal submission is open until 28 May. Bid proposals will be opened on the same day from 1300-1400hrs at Urbanco Exhibition Centre.

Urbanco said apart from the two food outlets, two co-working spaces and a collaborative room will be developed in the container park.
