State Trading Organisation (STO) is set to hold its Annual General Meeting on May 31st.

An announcement by the organization noted that the AGM will be held on May 31st, 8:30pm at the Central Park in Hulhumalé.

They further added that those participating can also join as a proxy or through Microsoft Teams Live Events.

STO highlighted that those joining as a proxy are required to register at portal.sto.mv before 30th May 8:30pm. The portal can also be accessed through agm.sto.mv.

Registered shareholders by April 24th only will be able to participate in the AGM.

During the meeting, the Director's Report, Audited Fiscal Reports will be shared, as well as announcing the dividend, appointing auditors for the year as well as directors and a Q&A session.
