Ooredoo has held their Fun Run in Haa Dhaalu Atoll Kulhudhuffushi with over 3,000 participants.

Ooredoo noted that this run marks the biggest run to be held in the Atolls in the Maldives. Participants ranged from different aged groups in the run, and were from various islands in the atoll.

Ooredoo Fun Run was kicked off with a colorful selfie with CEO Khalid Hassan M A Al-Hamadi, Makunudhoo MP Mohamed Raee, Kulhudhuffushi City Mayor Mohamed Athif, Deputy Mayor Ali Ahmed, Hanimaadhoo Council President Abdul Sattar, Nolhivaranfaru Council President Abdulla Nadheem, Makunudhoo Council President Auzam Adam, Hirimaradhoo Council President Mohamed Waheed, Nellaidhoo Council President Mohamed Aleef, Ooredoo Management team and the participants.

Ooredoo CEO Khalid Hassan M A Al-Hamadi noted that holding the event in Kulhudhuffushi provided the islanders with the opportunity to participate in the run as well. He had also thanked Kulhudhuffushi Council for the support and cooperation to make the Fun Run an unforgettable experience.

Kulhudhuffushi Mayor Athif noted that it was an honor to host the run, adding that it promoted healthy living among the islands of the Atoll.

Ooredoo Fun Run is an upgraded version of the annual Ooredoo Color Run, featuring foam, water, and obstacles placed at every kilometer throughout the untimed 5km run. Last year, the Ooredoo Color Run was upgraded to the Ooredoo Fun Run, and over 5000 participants joined the fun activities in Hulhumale'.
