A member has been appointed to the Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB).

In accordance with the authority granted to him by Section 4(c)(4) of Law No. 3/2013 (Privatization, corporatization, monitoring and evaluation of Government businesses), President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih appointed Fathimath Shirveen as the legal member of the Privatization and Corporatization Board on Monday.

Prior to her appointment, Fathimath Shirveen worked as the State Counsel of the Attorney General’s Office. She is also an executive member of the NGO, Family Legal Clinic.

Fathimath Shirveen obtained a Master of Law from University of Cambridge, England.
