Guraidhoo constituency MP Ibrahim Shaaz took oath of office on Monday.

The ceremony was held at People's Majilis.

Oath of office was administered by Supreme Court Judge Aisha Shujoon in the presence of Speaker of Parliament, Mohamed Nasheed.

Shaaz joined the parliament meeting on Monday after his oath ceremony. With his appointment, MDP now fills 68 seats in the parliament.
