Islamic Ministry has announced Eid Prayer will be held in congregation in seven areas in Male' City.

As such, Eid Prayer will be held in congregation at:

  • Maafannu Stadium
  • Islamic Centre Grounds
  • Marble area in Masjid Maliki Salman
  • Hulhumale' Phase I Synthetic Track
  • Hulhumale' Phase II Cricket Stadium
  • Vilimale' Football Ground

Islamic Ministry urged prayer goes to perform ablution prior to going for prayers, and to bring own prayer mats and water bottles.

Furthermore, the Ministry will hold moon sighting for Eid at 2045hrs on Thursday night at Islamic Centre. The meeting will be streamed Live on the Ministry's Facebook page.
