Urbanco has announced the sale of 15 land plots from Hulhumale' Phase II.

Urbanco announced on Thursday night that 10 beachside plots between 1,600 - 2,300sqft and 5 beachfront plots between 1,200 - 1,800sqft are available for sale. Buyers can submit proposals through Urbanco's bid portal.

Urbanco said the plots are available for sale to Maldivians above the age of 18 and to companies with 100% shares owned by Maldivians. Buyers have to deposit a bid security of MVR 1 million to purchase the land plots, Urbanco said.

While Urbanco has announced the sale of 15 plots, the company also sold 134 plots from Phase II in 2022.
