Allied Insurance has launched the company's islamic window, Ayady Takaful Crop Takaful - a first in the Maldives.

Ayady Takaful plan is specialised for farmers to protect the latter against the loss of cost production.

In a press conference, the announcement was made by Allied's General Manager Ibrahim Firushan and Ayady Tankful's Manager of Allied Insurance, Fathimath Nizma.

Allied said the plan was launched to prioritise their customer centricity. As such, Ayadi said the insurance always focuses on innovative solutions for the customers.

"Motor Comprehensive plans can be taken for between MVR 40,000-100,000 for bikes that have not been in use for over five years, from Allied's online portal 'My Allied'", Ayadi said.

The motor comprehensive plan provides security for bikes and owners in any incident on the roads. Ayadi said additional information for the plan and application process can be received by calling 1600.
