The laboratory services at Dharumavantha Hospital have been halted temporarily.

IGMH revealed that the services were discontinued due to an issue with their water system. They further added that the services will resume as soon as possible, adding that a formal announcement will be made when the services resume.

Even though samples are collected for tests in the laboratory at IGMH, the samples are processed at the laboratory on the 9th floor of Dharumavantha Hospital.

IGMH noted that due to the interruption, blood tests for patients who are admitted will be conducted at Hulhumale' Hospital.
