Finance Ministry has announced for a consultancy firm to design and supervise the 400 housing units to be built in Hulhumale' under the Affordable Housing Scheme Project by Saudi Fund for Development.

The Ministry stated that consultancy services required include compiling tender documents and environment impact assessment (EIA) reports and reviewing detailed designs as well as supervising the contractor's work.

Finance Ministry further stated that a consultant will be appointed based on the quality and cost-based selection policy as per Saudi Fund for Development's 'Guideline for Use of Consultants'.

Consultants are required to submit their academic transcripts and experience letter when applying, the Ministry said.

Applications are open until 1300hrs on 26 April 2023, Finance Ministry said.
