Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation has extended the validity of expired license cards until end of March.

Transport Ministry had previously announced that expired licenses will be valid until end of February. The Ministry made the extension announcement on Wednesday, citing the temporary discontinuation of all license services at the Ministry.

In an announcement on February 7th, Transport Ministry said digital licenses will be introduced to provide ease of use to the public. Digital licenses can be viewed on Police MV application and is accepted by police.

License applications can also be submitted via the new software introduced by Transport Ministry.
