Island Aviation Services Limited (IASL) has announced the decision to increase the wages of their employees starting the month of March.

Speaking during the staff night of the company on Saturday night, Managing Director Mohamed Mihad revealed that the basic salaries of all employees will be revised to reflect a positive change.

He further stated that fuel charges for employee tickets will be discontinued starting March, adding that the company has decided to bring positive changes to the salaries starting March 1st.

Mihad aslo revealed that they will be resuming certain allowances that were discontinued due to the Covid-19 pandemic. He highlighted that the ticket allowance will once again resume as well.

He noted that these measures were part of their efforts to retain good employees, who were also awarded during the staff night.
