An expatriate worker has been arrested from a Mosque in Male' City for sexually harassing a child who attended a prayer.

One Online has learned that the arrested man works at Jamaluddin Mosque located in Chaandhanee Magu. The man had allegedly flashed his genitals to a 10-year-old boy who had attended a prayer at the mosque.

A Police Media Officer confirmed to One Online that an expatriate worker had been arrested yesterday evening in connection to the case, adding that they are further investigating the issue.

While a man has been arrested in a mosque over sexual harassment of a child, a 73-year-old man and 60-year-old man was arrested just last month for sexually abusing a minor in two different cases.
