President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has stated that CT Scan service will be available from the Fuvahmulah Hospital soon.

Speaking during a campaign meeting in Fuvahmulah ahead of the MDP Presidential Primary next Saturday, the President noted that several projects run by previous governments in Fuvahmulah City had to be redone. As such, President Solih stated that the sewerage project had to be redone at a higher expense.

The President also highlighted that while the road development project is ongoing, the shore protection project is also progressing and that the expansion of Fuvahmulah Hospital had been completed.

According to him, a survey will also be conducted to determine the expansion of the harbor, shortly after which the project will also proceed.
