Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has delivered the first shipment of rock boulders to the Th. Gaadhiffushi Shore Protection Project site.

Scope of works include beach filling works of 18,894cbm and construction of 500m revetment and 15m groyne.

MTCC was contracted with the project in September 2021 to be completed within 180 days.

The project is valued at MVR 17.7 million.
