Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) said work on design and build of Sh. Bilehfahi Harbour Development Project is well underway, with overall 82% project progress.

MTCC said they have completed construction of revetment and harbour basin dredging operations.

The scope of the project includes dredging operations of 50,376cbm, construction of a 181m quay wall, a 170m revetment, a 434m breakwater, installation of 1,565sqm pavement, installation of navigation lights and streetlights.

The project is valued at MVR 28.42 million.
