Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has stated the second shipment of rock boulders required for M. Kolhufushi Shore Protection Project have been delivered to the project site.

MTCC said they have completed the dredging operation in the swimming area, and the revetment profiling works are scheduled for this week.

Scope of work for the project include, dredging operations of 9683cbm, construction of a 202m breakwater, and a 519m revetment.

The project is valued at MVR 22.96 million.
