President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih congratulates the new Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato Seri Anwat Bin Ibrahim.

In his message, President Solih stated he was confident the people of Malaysia will achieve greater success and prosperity under Anwar Ibrahim's leadership. President Solih also extended confidence that the existing relations between Maldives and Malaysia will strengthen further in the coming years.

President Solih added that he looks forward to working with the new Malaysian Prime Minister in addressing common global challenges. In his message, President Solih wished good health and well-being to Anwar Ibrahim and progress and welfare to the people of Malaysia.
