Applications are open for the annual Migrant Workers Cricket Carnival organised by Mission for Migrant Workers Maldives (MMWM) and Ooredoo Maldives.
Ooredoo Maldives said the Cricket Carnival will be held on 2 December 2022. As such, interested parties can register through MMWM's 738-4994 number. Registrations are open until 29 November, Ooredoo Maldives said.
Ooredoo added that Maldives Cricket Board will be mainly in charge of planning the event.
The Migrant Workers Cricket Carnival is an annual event organised by MMWM to increase migrant worker's participation in sports, Ooredoo said. Free health screening will be provided for migrant workers during the Cricket Carnival this year as well. Ooredoo added that free legal aid will also be provided for migrant workers during the event.
