MTCC completes 77 percent of Meedhoo Harbor Development Project

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has revealed that Dhaalu Atoll Meedhoo Harbor Upgrade Project is currently underway with 77 percent completion.

The company revealed that the harbor pavement installation works have reached 77% completion, and harbor basin dredging works have reached 74% completion.

MTCC noted that the scope of the project includes, dredging and excavation operations, construction of a 373m breakwater; a 35m revetment; a 294m quay wall; a 11m x 11m ramp; installation of 1,470 sqm pavement; navigational lights and harbor lights.

The value of the project is MVR 38.7 million.
