Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has launched their annual 'Kashavaru Promo'.

MTCC's Chief Operating Officer Shahid Hussain and other senior officials attended the opening ceremony of the 'Kashavaru Promo' on Tuesday.

Speaking at the ceremony, Shahid said the promo will run from 1 November until end of the year, with discounts on multiple products. Winners of the promo will receive various prizes, Shahid said.

MTCC Kashavaru Showroom's Senior Manager Jinah Ahmed said the annual promo is aimed for fishermen. Jinah added that various activities are planned crossed islands during the 'Kashavaru Promo'

"We are offering discounts on Yanmar and Suzuki engine spare parts and Castrol diesel as well as PPG coatings and Scott Bader fibre products as well as industrial gas and marine lights," Jinah said.

Jinah further added that every MVR 5,000 purchase will receive a coupon, and weekly lucky draw winners will win a Suzuki 2.5 hp engineer. The grand prize is a 35hp engine worth MVR 200,000
