Police have recovered drugs buried in GDh. Hoandehdhoo woods.

Police said on Friday that the drugs were recovered in a joint operation by Drug Enforcement Department and South Police. However, police did not specify any details regarding the drugs recovered.

Police added that the operation was part on an ongoing operation based on information received about drugs smuggled into the country.

As such, police said they will conduct further searches with a court order as part of the operation.
