ADK Hospital and Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has signed an agreement for the development of a new Medical facility in Hulhumale Phase II.

ADK Managing Director Ahmed Afaal signed on behalf of the company, while HDC Managing Director Ahmed Athif signed on behalf of the corporation.

HDC announced for the Expression of Interest to develop a medical facility in Phase II during the month of January.

Ali Mashaar, Media Officer at HDC revealed to One Online that the corporation decided to develop a medical facility in Phase II in their efforts to provide essential services in the suburb as the population grows.

He further stated that under the agreement, ADK will submit a framework regarding the project to HDC and a final decision will be reached following a discussion between both parties. He also added that the agreement on construction will be signed once a framework is finalized.

A 71,000 sqft of land has been allotted for the facility near the Vinares Housing Units. The five-floor building will have dedicated parking on the ground floor and the first floor. However, the size of the land plot and other aspects of the building are subjec to change as the framework finalizes.
