Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) has said they have resolved the technical issues with the patient elevator in Hiyala Wing.

IGMH released a statement on Sunday announcing that due to technical issues with the patient elevator, some of the services have been moved temporarily to Dharumavantha Hospital.

However, IGMH released a second statement on Monday stating that the issues with the elevator have been resolved and the services are once again available in Hiyala Wing.

The services that were temporarily relocated to Dharumavantha Hospital include emergency services, trauma and emergency services, and patient admissions.
